Delivery is not available at this time as this site is currently just for your reference and the ability to create orders has not yet been turned on. When we do start taking orders the delivery details below is what would apply.
Delivery Details:
Deliveries will be made up to a max of 15kms from The South Melbourne Market Grocer, 311 Coventry Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205. Minimum orders $25.
For Same Day delivery: All online orders need to be placed by 10am on Wed, Fri, Sat and Sun for same day delivery. All orders will be dispatched by 2pm and be delivered by no later than 5pm that day.
Deliveries are only available on market trading days i.e. on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed outside these days, or after 10am will be processed the next day market trading day.

All costs are based on distance in kms from The South Melbourne Market Grocer.
Up to 5kms - $12.10 Inc GST
Between 5-10kms - $16.50 Inc GST

Delivery Terms and Conditions:
All orders placed up to 10am of the market trading days will be processed for same day delivery. All orders will be dispatch from 2pm and delivered by no later than 5pm that day. Market days are: Wed: 8am- 4pm, Fri: 8am - 5pm, Sat: 8am – 4pm, Sun: 8am – 4pm. All orders placed outside these times will be processed the next market trading day.
All orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. If this is entered incorrectly, is incomplete or is not identifiable by Google Maps, the sender will not accept any responsibility for the lost or unfulfilled delivery.
All deliveries are defaulted to ATL ‘Authority to Leave’. Customers can include delivery instructions for drivers to place in specific areas or leave with a third party at the delivery destination.
Once delivered, an SMS notification will be sent to the mobile number provided by the customer. If no number is provided, no notification of completion of the delivery will be issued.
If the delivery address is not found, and no mobile number is provided for the driver to contact the receiver for instructions, the delivery will be returned to the sender at the customer’s cost.
Any re-directed delivery outside a reasonable distance and time, will incur a charge to the customer. Reasonable is considered less than 100 metres and taking less than 5 minutes to redirect the fulfillment.
Any returned delivery will be charged to the customer at the same rate as the delivery. All returns will be to the sender’s address.
All deliveries are insured for up to $299.99 per delivery. This is only claimable if the sender or driver is found to be at fault, items are damaged in transit or are lost. All claims are investigated by the delivery company before payment will be considered.
